Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for store’s daily cash handling, petty cash and big safe. Ensure all credit card slips & vouchers counted accurately, proper balancing and open safe on daily basis.
  • Key person in dealing with Security Company. Monitor cash collection process, ensure complete documentation (bank-in slips), report and data prepared are submitted to HQ on time.
  • Perform office administrative duties i.e. handle phone calls, faxes and emails; printing, photocopying and faxing of document; recording, sorting, mailing, filing and tracking of document.
  • Ensure sufficient supply of office stationery, store consumables, printing forms and other items. Execute order in SAP MM within budget as and when necessary.
  • Assist Officer in new staff recruitment, onboarding and welfare i.e. hiring process, data entry in SAP HR, staff salary, prepare necessary paperwork, etc.
  • Routinely check and ensure small equipment at selling floor are in good condition, liaise with supplier for maintenance, repair etc.
  • Assist shorthanded department e.g. cashier team, participate in expiry checking, stock display and forwarding and other tasks as and when necessary.
  • Communicate with related department at HQ and within store operation team on matters related to Admin, HR and accounts.
  • Attend training, refresher as and when directed by the company.
  • Ensure compliance to Company’s SOPs at all time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification : SPM
  • Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in same capacity and/or an office environment.
  • Skill - can write and speak in English, intermediate in Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook. Basic knowledge in HR, book keeping, ordering and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR and SAP MM is an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude, honest & reliable, punctual, a team player and a fast learner.
  • Must be flexible, able to work on shift and overtime when required.
  • Willing to work on public holiday and weekend.
  • Mobility, able to travel and willing to work anywhere within the country
